电针治疗女性慢性功能性便秘的生活质量评价

摘　　要：目的评价电针对女性慢性功能性便秘患者的生活质量的影响。方法招募并筛选患者,将40例满足纳入标准的慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为电针组(20例)和药物组(20例),在治疗前及治疗后,选择便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL量表)为观察指标进行评价。结果在治疗结束时点,两组治疗前后PAC-QOL总分和4个维度评分组内比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后总分和4个维度评分组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针可提高女性慢性功能性便秘患者的生活质量,值得临床使用。Objective To assess the effect of the electro-acupuncture treatment on the life quality of the female patients with chronic functional constipation. Methods 40 cases with chronic functional constipation who met the inclusion criteria were recruited and divided into the treatment group （n= 20） and the routine medicine group （n=20）. The Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life scale （PAC-QOL） was used to assess the patients＇ life quality before and after the treatment respectively. Results The total score and the scores of each domain after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment respectively in both groups （P〈0.05）, and those in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group respectively after treatment （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Electro-acupuncture can improve the life quality of the female patients with chronic functional constipation, so it is worth clinical application.
