摘　　要：本文从河南省规模以上工业企业的创新现状,详细分析了目前企业创新能力的不足,提出了提高产业集聚区创新能力,巩固企业创新主体地位,加快科研成果转化,深化改革,形成有利于产业集聚区创新和成果转化的机制;用多元化、多渠道、多形式的开放合作推动产业集聚区创新能力的提升等对策与措施。This article from the innovation situation of above-scale industrial enterprises in Henan Province, an- alyzed the current shortages of enterprise innovation abilityin detail, put forward the measures of improving the inno- vation ability of industrial agglomeration area, consolidating the dominant position of enterprise innovation, accelerat- ing the transformation of scientific research achievements, and deepening the reform, to form a mechanism benefiting for industrial agglomeration area innovation and achievements transformation; and promoting innovation capacity of industrial agglomeration area by diversified,multi-channel, and multi-form opening and cooperation.
