万安罗盘制作工艺及其传承发展研究

摘　　要：万安罗盘是由磁针和方位盘组合而成的一种指向仪器,是"内地型"中国罗盘的代表。其制作技艺从元明之际算起已经有近八百年的发展历史,制作工艺包括选料、制坯、分格、清盘、写盘、油货、装针等七道主要工序。万安罗盘制作技艺2006年被列入首批国家非物质文化遗产名录,现有吴鲁衡、胡正浩、洪秋贵、胡兆松等四家传承人。传承保护方面存在着原材料短缺、被假冒伪劣产品冲击、古作坊周边环境破坏、传承人缺乏等方面的问题,需要有针对性地加以解决。Wanan compass, composed of an azimuth disk and a magnetic needle, is a pointing instrument, and a representative ＂mainland type＂ Chinese compass. It has had a history of about 800 years since the Yuan and Ming dynasties. Its production needs to go through seven processes including selecting materials, making the blank, dividing the scale, winding up, writing the disk, painting the compass, and Zhaosong at present. However, in the process of its protection and inheritance, there is a shortage of raw materials, an impact of fake commodities, the damage to the surrounding environment of the ancient workshop, a lack of inheritors and other problems, requiring corresponding countermeasures.
