九华山风景区旅游人才供给现状与发展对策研究

摘　　要：人才作为第一生产力,是影响旅游业发展的核心要素。依据对九华山风景区旅游人才资源的普查数据,分析当前九华山旅游人才队伍的供给现状以及存在的问题,提出相应的对策,从而打造一支优秀的旅游人才队伍,以适应九华山建设国际性佛教文化观光胜地的需要。As the first productive force, talent is the core factor affecting the development of tourism. According to the census data of the tourism talents resources in Jiuhua mountain scenic area, the paper analyzes the current talent supply situation and the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Building an excellent team of tourism talents meets the need to build Jiuhua mountain into an international Buddhist culture tourist attraction.
