摘　　要：南宋新安理学形成时期,与朱熹齐名的理学家有程大昌,《宋史》本传记其行实及著述多有误脱,据周必大《程公大昌神道碑》,并参考其它文献,详加勾稽,考订《宋史》之失,以备诸家参考。Cheng Dachang was a Neo-Confucianist as famous as Zhu Xi, but there are many mistakes about his experiences and works in History of the Song Dynasty. In this paper, those errors are corrected according to Zhou Bida＇s Inscription about Cheng Dachang and other literature for the reference of other researchers.
