大学生择业挫折及其应对策略

摘　　要：采取问卷调查法,以大四毕业生为研究对象,分析择业过程中大学生的心理因素、社会因素、家庭因素等,找出择业挫折的原因,并提出相应的策略。结果表明,在择业过程中大学生严重的心态问题以及社会对大学生的过高要求均导致大学生择业遭受挫折。家长、学校以及政府应当采取积极措施帮助大学生克服择业困难,树立正确的择业观。This study, using the questionnaire and taking the seniors as the research objects, analyzes college students＂ psychological factors, social factors, family factors and so on in order to find out the reason for the setbacks they suffer from employment seeking, and then puts forward the corresponding strategies. The results show that college students have serious attitude problems in the process of choosing a career, and the society expects too much of college students, which result in their employment frustration. The government, school and parents should take active measures to help college students overcome their difficulties and establish a correct view of employment.
