新常态下长征精神引领大学生就业创业的价值探析

摘　　要：目前我国经济增速放缓,进入"经济新常态"。产业结构升级、人力需求结构调整、高等教育逐渐普及化等因素导致新常态下的大学生就业形势愈加严峻,供需矛盾亟待缓解。因此,积极发掘长征精神在大学生思想政治教育中的价值,以实事求是、甘于奉献、步步为营、另辟蹊径、艰苦奋斗的长征精神引领大学生走好就业创业的新长征路。At present, Chinese economy is growing slowly, and has entered ＂economic new normal＂. Under the influence of industrial structure upgrading, manpower demand structure adjusting and the gradual popularization of higher education, college students＂ employment situation under the new normal is even more severe. It＇s urgent to ease the imbalance between supply and demand. Therefore, we should explore the value of the Long March spirits in the ideological and political education for college students, including seeking truth from the facts, being dedicated, consolidating step by step, finding new paths and working hard so as to lead college students on their new long march of seeking employment and starting their own business.
