摘　　要：高校公文传阅在高校行政管理中占据重要地位。以往,诸多高校多采用人工传阅的方式。近年来,伴随着"互联网+"时代的到来,人工传阅公文已逐渐被取代。论文分别对人工传阅公文及"互联网+"公文自动化传阅的概念、流程及优缺点进行梳理和比较,并就如何在"互联网+联背景下寻求高校公文的高效率传阅进行探讨。The circulation of official documents in colleges and universities plays an important role in the administra- tion of colleges and universities. In recent years, under the background of ＂Internet ＋＂, more and more artificially circu- lated documents show weaknesses and disadvantages. In this paper, the concept, process and advantages and disadvan- tages of the document circulation and the automated document circulation are combed respectively, and how to seek the high efficiency of the document circulation in the background of ＂Internet ＋＂.
