摘 要:针对目前农村电商人才培训存在的培训机制不健全、培训模式较僵化、培训方式不灵活的问题,在充分剖析MOOC教学模式在农村电商人才培训中的作用后,提出了一种基于训前网络自主学习、训中集中教学与研讨、训后跟踪指导与互动交流三层递进的全新的培训模式,并从合理分类培训对象、科学梳理培训需求、精心设计培训内容、有序开发教学资源、实施跟踪互动机制和构建动态评价体系六个维度给出了该模式的实施路径和方法。At present, there are some problems in the talent training of rural e-business, such as inadequate training mechanism, rigid training mode and inflexible training methods. After fully analyzing the role of MOOC teaching mode in the training of rural e-business, it is presented that a new three-tier training mode based on online autonomous learning, short-term centralism training and discussion, training guidance and interactive communication. Then the implementa- tion of the path and method are given from six dimensions including reasonable classification of training objects, scientific sorting out requirements ,well-designed training content, orderly development of teaching resources, implementing the tracking & interaction mechanism, construction of dynamic evaluation system.
