日常生活中的家庭道德实践与村庄社会秩序——基于内蒙古V村的个案研究

摘　　要：由于道德情感和道德认知的中介作用,社会舆论和社区情理所蕴含的伦理规范内容对村民的家庭道德实践会产生重要影响。作为一种内心主观的活动,道德情感和道德认知的内容和方向实际上是由社会舆论和社区情理所包含的伦理规范所约束和限制的。违反了社会舆论和社区情理所规定的情感与认知,村民就会遭受到相应的惩罚。而道德情感和道德认知一旦形成,就会促使行动者做出一定的道德实践活动。尽管家庭道德实践并非完全地按照伦理规范运转,但社会舆论和社区情理会时刻利用其各自途径不断促使其回到正常的伦理规范轨道上来。也正因此,伦理秩序不断得到巩固,村庄社会秩序的建立也成为可能。Due to the mediation of moral emotions and moral cognition, the ethical norms in the public opinions and community sense have great effects on the farmers＂ family moral practice. As a kind of activity of mind, the content and direction of moral emotions and moral cognition are restricted by the moral norms that are included by public opinions and community sense. If the corresponding emotions and cognition in some situations are violated, the farmers will be punished by others. Besides, once moral emotions and moral cognition take shape, they will lead the actors to do corresponding moral action. Though family moral practice inevitably operates around the ethical norms, public opinions and community sense will utilize kinds of ways to bring it back to normal state. Thus, the ethical order increasingly consolidates and the social order of a village becomes possible.
