论储备林储备区域的选择——以五盖山国有林场杉木人工林为例

摘　　要：国家储备林制度是转变林业发展方式、发展现代林业的战略选择,有利于提升木材生产和自给能力。为了培育大中径级用材林,需良地、良苗、良法相结合,而选择自然条件适宜的区域是基础。以郴州市苏仙区五盖山国有林场杉木人工林为例,从森林经营管理的角度出发,探讨承储主体的选择方法,即高立地条件小班的确立及适宜的采伐林龄,以期解决储备林"储在哪里"和"储多久"的问题。The national reserve forest system is a strategic choice to transform forestry development mode and develop modern forestry, which isconducive to improve timber production capacity and enhance timber self-suf- ficiency. In order to cultivate large-diameter timber forest, site, seedlings and method should be combined. The foundation is to select the appropriate natural conditions of the region. Taking the Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation of Wugai Shan National Forest Farm in Suxian district of Chenzhou city for example, this paper ex- ploredthe selection method of reserve regions and the appropriate cutting age, from the perspective of forest management, in order to solve the problems of where to reserveand reservefor how long of reserve forest.
