摘　　要：基于西藏自治区第二次森林资源规划设计调查,以西藏藏北高原灌木林为研究对象,简要介绍了灌木林资源现状,系统总结了灌木林资源特点,探讨提出了灌木林保护与经营发展的一些建议,为促进藏北高原灌木林资源的保护与发展具有重要现实意义。Based on the result of the second forest inventory planning and designing, this article took shrub forest in the Northern Tibetan Plateau as research subject, made a brief introduction of the current status of shrub forest resource and a systematic summarization of the characteristics of shrub forest resource, then brought out some advices concerning the preservation and operating development of the shrub forest through its argument, which have major practical significance for the promotion of the preservation and development of shrub forest resource in the Northern Tibetan Plateau.
