摘 要:试验旨在研究在以鱼粉、豆粕、棉籽粕和双低菜籽粕为蛋白质源的实用饲料中分别添加植酸酶和复合酶制剂对黄颡鱼免疫抗氧化力和肠道结构形态的影响。以黄颡鱼实用饲料中分别添加1 000 IU/kg植酸酶和400 mg/kg复合酶制剂作为试验料。选用初始体质量为(1.02±0.01)g的黄颡鱼360尾,随机分成3组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,分别投喂基础饲料和试验料。养殖56 d。结果显示:各组酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶及抗超氧阴离子自由基含量无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,试验组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组丙二醛(MDA)含量有所下降,其中复合酶组下降幅度达到17.88%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。植酸酶和复合酶组黄颡鱼的前肠肠壁厚度和肠绒毛高度均高于对照组,植酸酶组分别提高了2.27%、3.76%,复合酶组分别提高了16.28%、15.22%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示,在黄颡鱼实用饲料中分别添加植酸酶和复合酶能一定程度上提高血清SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC和降低MDA含量,改善鱼体抗氧化力;同时能够增加黄颡鱼肠壁厚度,提高肠绒毛高度,改善鱼体肠道健康状况。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of diets supplemented with phytase, compound enzyme preparation(CEP), respectively, on immune and antioxidant indexes and intestinal morphology for yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco). A basal diet was practical formulation, while the other two test diets were prepared by adding 1 000 IU/kg phytase, 400 mg/kg compound enzyme preparation to the basal diet added. 360 yellow catfish with an initial weight of (1.02±0.01) g were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed the basal diet and the two test diets respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 56 d. The results showed that no significant difference was found in acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activities and superoxide anion free radical resistance (anti-O2^-·) among all groups (P〉0.05). Compared with control group, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) in test group have increased, but no significant difference (P〉0.05), Experimental groups malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased and CEP group decreased by 17.88%, but no significant difference (P〉0.05).Intestinal wall thickness and the intestinal villus height in test groups were higher than the control group, the phytase group increased by 2.27% and 3.76% respectively, the CEP group increased by 16.28% and 15.22% respectively in each group, but no significant difference (P〉0.05 In conclusion, pllytase and CEP administration could increase serum SOD, GSH-Px,T-AOC actiwty and decrease MDA content to some extent and then improve antioxidant ability, and enhance intestinal wall thickness and villus height and then improve intestinal health for yellow catfish.
