摘　　要：通过介绍习近平的生态思想与"绿色发展"理念形成,特别是绿色惠民、绿色富国、绿色承诺的核心思想;"着力开展森林城市建设"是习近平的生态思想与"绿色发展"思路在国家森林城市建设中的集中体现与具体表述;结合我国国家森林城市建设主要是以提供大众福祉、保护自然环境与生物多样性、筑建城市生态安全、实现绿色致富、建设美丽城乡为目的,从而表达建设国家森林城市是历史的担当,是美丽中国梦的壮美蓝图。Introduced the ecological ideas of Xi Jinping and the formation of the concept of ＂ green develop- ment＂, especially the green core idea of benefit the People, making the nation prosperous and commitment. The construction of China~ national forest city is mainly to provide public welfare, protection of the natural en- vironment and biodiversity, maintain the construction of urban ecological security, achieve green and richness, construct beautiful urban and rural areas, thus expressing the construction of the national forest city is the responsibility of history and beautiful blueprint of The Chinese Dream.
