摘　　要：目的对成安县14岁以下儿童法定传染病疫情进行统计分析,为儿童传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法分析2006-2015年成安县14岁以下儿童法定传染病发病资料。结果 2006-2015年成安县14岁以下儿童报告法定传染病共计16种4 738例,无甲类传染病报告,乙丙类传染病年均发病率为583.14/10万,其中丙类传染病占87.40%。发病率曲线为双峰型,发病趋势呈下降趋势,以肠道传染病为主(74.29%)。发病前5位病种分别为手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、流行性感冒、其他感染性腹泻、细菌性痢疾;发病季节性特征明显,男童发病率高于女童,男女性别比1.72∶1;3岁以下(70.96%)散居儿童(78.01%)为主要对象。结论加强3岁内散居儿童管理,防控措施以加大预防接种工作为主,同时开展健康教育活动,可有效防控传染病的发生和流行。Objective To analyze the legal infectious disease for Cheng＇an children under 14 years old,and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods Analyzed the incidence data of legal infectious disease of Cheng＇an children under 14 years old from 2006 to 2015 with descriptive epidemiological method. Results This＇ s reported a total of 16 kinds of legal infectious diseases in 4 738 cases in Cheng＇an children under 14 years old from 2006 to 2015,in which,there is no case reported for a class of infectious disease,and an annual incidence of 583. 14/100 000 for ethylene-propylene class infectious diseases,C class infectious diseases accounted for 87. 40%. Incidence trend is doublet type,priority with the intestinal infectious diseases（ 74. 29%）. The onset of the top five diseases for hand-foot-mouth disease,mumps,influenza,other infectious diarrhea,bacterial dysentery; seasonal characteristics significantly,sex ratio of 1. 72 ∶ 1; the scattered children under 3 years old（ 70. 96%） were the main object（ 78. 01%）. Conclusion Effective control measures were to strengthen the management of scattered within 3 years old children,to strengthen the vaccination work,and to conduct health education activities.
