广西靖西市一起人感染猪链球菌病疫情调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析靖西市一起人感染猪链球菌病疫情特点及处置措施,为今后人感染猪链球菌病的防治提供依据。方法采用流行病学调查方法对个案逐一调查,采集病人血液或脑脊液送实验室检测。结果 2016年5月30日~6月26日靖西市报告人感染猪链球菌病病人6例,发病率为0.89/10万,死亡1例,病死率为16.67%,其余均治愈出院。病人散发于龙邦、同德、化峒、新甲、果乐5个乡镇。发病年龄40~71岁,均为男性农民。6例病人血液或脑脊液标本均检出猪链球菌2型。结论经流行病学调查,结合病人临床表现和实验室检测,确定为一起人感染猪链球菌病疫情。Objective Analysis of the epidemic characteristics and disposal measures of human infection with Streptococcus suis disease in Jingxi City,and provide the basis for the prevention and control of human infection with Streptococcus suis in the future. Methods Using epidemiological survey method to investigate the case one by one,to collect the patient＇s blood or cerebrospinal fluid to send laboratory testing. Results May 30,2016 to June 26 in Jingxi City,6 people infected with Streptococcus suis disease,the incidence rate of 0. 89/100 000,1 case of death,mortality was 16. 67%,the rest were cured. Patients distributed in Longbang,Tongde,Huitong,Xinjia,Guole 5 townships. Age of onset 40 to 71 years old,are male farmers. 6 cases of patients with blood or cerebrospinal fluid specimens were detected Streptococcus suis type 2. Conclusion The epidemiological survey,combined with the patient＇s clinical manifestations and laboratory tests,identified as a human infection with Streptococcus suis disease.
