摘　　要：研究了一次冷轧法生产高牌号硅钢组织织构的演变情况。结果表明,常化处理后钢板断面组织发生充分再结晶及晶粒长大,经冷轧退火后金相组织为典型高牌号大晶粒组织形态。热轧板表面与心部织构的差异及其在后续冷轧过程的演变表明,取向变化规律先在{001}<110>附近聚集,再转向{112}<110>附近,随后逐渐向{111}聚集;退火后成品板织构中{111}//轧面织构较常化板、冷轧板明显减少。Structure and texture evolution in one time cold rolled method of high grade silicon steel were analyzed.The results show that the structure transformed into recrystallized grain and grain grow up after normalizing annealing treatment,the difference on texture of the sub-surface and center of hot rolled plate show that the orientation first collected at{001}〈110〉 hereabout,then turn to{112}〈110〉 hereabout,later gradually collected at{111};Unfavorable texture components{111}of final products decreased,less than hot rolled plate and cold rolled plate.
