摘　　要：分析当前数据中心存在的配置、流程、规划、考核等方面的问题,参照ITIL服务管理的核心流程,建设运维管理平台。设计研发了基础信息管理、备件库管理、故障管理、技术储备管理模块。实际运维测试表明,该平台能有效提高数据中心的运维效率。Anaylzes the existing problems of configuration, process, plan, assessment in data center, and according to the core process of ITIL service management, this paper constructs operation platform and develops basic information management, spare parts library management, fault management and technical reserve management modules. Testing results in actual operation and maintenance work show that the platfonn can effectively improve the operation efficiency of data center.
