高血压患者降压治疗后24h动态血压与心脑血管事件发生的情况分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析对高血压患者采用降压治疗后其24 h动态血压和心脑血管事件的发生情况。方法 82例高血压患者,其中降压治疗后有39例高血压患者称为高压组,43例血压降至正常患者称为对照组。所有患者均使用24 h动态血压监测技术监察血压,观察两组患者24 h收缩压、24 h舒张压、24 h脉压及日间、夜间情况,并记录心脑血管事件发生情况。结果高压组患者24 h收缩压、24 h舒张压、24 h脉压及日间、夜间动态血压水平高于对照组(P<0.05);高压组心脑血管事件发生27例,对照组心脑血管事件发生7例,比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=23.6258,P=0.0001<0.05)。结论高压患者较血压正常者更容易发生心脑血管疾病,脉压是至心脑血管疾病发生的重要因素,适度降压为其合理解决方式之一。Objective To observe and analyze 24 h dynamic blood pressure and occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events after anti-hypertensive treatment in hypertensive patients. Methods There were 82 hypertensive patients, including 39 patients with hypertension after anti-hypertensive therapy as high pressure group, and 43 patients with. normal blood pressure as control group. All patients underwent 24 h dynamic blood pressure monitoring technique to monitor their blood pressure. Observation were made on 24 h systolic blood pressure, 24 h diastolic blood pressure, 24 h pulse pressure and daytime and nighttime conditions in two groups, and record was made on the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Results The high pressure group had higher 24 h systolic pressure, 24 h diastolic pressure, 24 h pulse pressure, daytime and nighttime dynamic blood pressure level than the control group （P〈O.05）. The high pressure group had 27 cases with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, while the control group had 7 cases with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and their difference had statistical significance （χ^2=23.6258, P=0.0001〈0.05）. Conclusion High blood pressure patients are more likely to have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than normal blood pressure patients. Pulse pressure is an important factor leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and appropriate hypotension is one of the reasonable solutions.
