2016年综合性医院金额排名前五的中药注射剂使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解汕头大学医学院第二附属医院2016年金额排名前五的中药注射剂使用情况,分析其用药现状及趋势,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过本院医院信息系统(HIS),收集2016年使用金额排名前五的中药注射剂的药品名称、规格、科室分布情况等数据进行分析,并对使用合理性进行评价。结果 2016年度进入使用金额排名前五的品种共3个,分别是疏血通注射液(友搏)、丹红注射液(斯维欣)、醒脑静注射液。使用频数前二的科室分别为:骨科关节科、神经外科1。135份出院病历中,单独使用1个品种的有97例(71.85%),同时或交替使用2个品种的有35例(25.93%),同时或交替使用3个品种的有3例(2.22%)。结论中药注射剂使用科室分布相对合理,但存在适应证、用法用量、选用溶媒、疗程、配伍禁忌不合理等情况,应予以适当监管,以促进其临床合理用药。Objective To know the usage condition of Chinese medicine injections ranking top five in money amount of Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College in 2016, to analyze the current status and tendency of its medication and provide reference for promoting rational drugs use in clinic. Methods Through the hospital information systerm （HIS） of our hospital, collection were made on data of name, specification and distribution of the traditional Chinese medicine injections ranking top five in used money amount in 2016, and evaluation was made on use rationality. Results There were 3 injects ranking top five in used money amount in 2016, respectively as Shuxuetong injection （Youbo） and Danhong injection （Siweixin） and Xingnaojing injection, with top two departments in use frequency respectively as department of orthopedics, department of neurosurgery. Among 135 discharge records, there were 93 cases （71.85%） using 1 species, 35 cases （25.93%） using two species simultaneously or alternately, and 3 eases （2.22%） using 3 species simultaneously or alternately. Conclusion The department distribution of traditional Chinese medicine injections is relatively reasonable, but there are unreasonable conditions of indications, usage, dosage, solvent selection, courses, incompatibility. So it should be appropriately supervised to promote the rational drugs use in clinic.
