摘　　要：医院的档案主要记录的是医院各种医疗活动有关的资料信息,档案管理工作对于医院十分的重要,在医院的管理决策中发挥了关键作用,但现阶段我国许多地区医院的档案管理工作都还存在一些问题,档案管理体系不健全、档案利用率较低等等,这种情况之下,医院必须要重视档案管理工作,不断的改进档案管理的方法,切实提升档案管理的水平。The hospital archives are records of information in various medical activities. Archives management work is very important and plays a key role for decision-making in hospital management. However, there are some existing problems in archives management in many hospitals, including imperfect management system, low utilization rate and so on. So, hospital should emphasize this work and take improvement measures in the archives management to heighten the level of archives management.
