髂腰固定术对腰部功能影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨髂腰固定术对腰部活动功能的影响。方法 13例接受髂腰固定术治疗患者,对患者术前和术后腰椎正侧位X线片腰椎运动单元相关参数进行测量,并进行对比研究。结果术后,13例患者骶骨倾斜角、腰骶夹角、L_5椎体指数、腰骶关节角分别为(36.63±3.72)°、(134.41±8.44)°、(27.01±2.10)、(143.56±6.41)°,与术前的(32.34±10.87)°、(137.16±4.51)°、(26.06±1.95)、(143.16±2.57)°比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.344、1.036、1.195、0.209,P=0.191、0.310、0.243、0.836>0.05)。结论髂腰固定术不会改变患者的腰椎运动单元结构参数,对患者的腰部活动功能不会产生影响。Objective To investigate the effect of iliac waist fixation on lumbar function.Methods There were 13 patients treated with iliac waist fixation,and the parameters related to direct and lateral side X-ray photograph lumbar motion unit were measured before and after operation for comparative study.Results After operation,there were 13 cases with sacral inclination angle,lumbosacral angle,L5 vertebral index and lumbosacral joint angle respectively as（36.63±3.72）°,（134.41±8.44）°,（27.01±2.10） and（143.56±6.41）°,and comparing with（32.34±10.87）°,（137.16±4.51）°,（26.06±1.95） and（143.16±2.57）° before operation,the difference had no statistical significance（t=1.344,1.036,1.195,0.209,P=0.191,0.310,0.243,0.8360.05）.Conclusion Iliac waist fixation will no change structural parameters of lumbar motion unit,and it has no impact on lumbar activity function.
