人性化护理管理在儿童康复病房中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理管理在儿童康复病房中的应用效果。方法 76例合并有脑损伤的早产儿,分为观察组和对照组,各38例。观察组患儿采用人性化护理管理,对照组患儿采用常规护理干预。比较两组早产儿干预12个月后智能DQ各项指标、神经行为能力以及家长满意度。结果干预后,观察组患儿智能DQ各项指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿神经行为能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿Infanib评估结果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长满意30例、基本满意8例、不满意0例;对照组家长满意21例、基本满意8例、不满意9例。观察组家长满意度为100.0%高于对照组的76.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理可提高早产小儿的治疗积极性和顺应性,从而提高了患儿的智力发育及运动发育,减少并发症。Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing management in pediatric rehabilitation wards.Methods A total of 76 premature infants with brain damage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group received humanized nursing management,and the control group received conventional nursing intervention.Comparison were made on indicators of intelligent DQ,neurobehavioral ability,neurobehavioral ability and parental satisfaction degree after 12 months of intervention in two groups.Results After intervention,the observation group had higher indicators of intelligent DQ than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The observation group had better neurobehavioral ability than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The observation group had better infant neurological international battery（INFANIB） evaluation results than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The observation group had 30 parental satisfaction cases,8 basic satisfaction cases and 0 dissatisfaction cases,which were 21,8 and 9 cases in the control group.The observation group had better parental satisfaction degree as 100.0% than 76.3% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humanized nursing management can improve the treatment enthusiasm and compliance of premature infants,so as to improve their mental development and reduce complications.
