运用甩手运动配合缩唇呼吸对社区COPD稳定期患者康复护理的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运用甩手运动配合缩唇呼吸对社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者康复和生活质量的影响。方法 138例社区COPD稳定期患者,随机分为观察组(76例)和对照组(62例)。观察组运用甩手运动配合缩唇腹式呼吸,对照组则运用缩唇腹式呼吸。观察两组患者的肺功能[(用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]及生活质量指标的改变情况。结果锻炼8周后,观察组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组日常活动量、社会活动情况、抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理症状评分分别为(1.97±0.59)、(1.67±0.51)、(2.01±0.33)、(2.09±0.41)分,均低于对照组的(2.89±0.55)、(3.29±0.45)、(2.87±0.49)、(3.07±0.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过甩手运动联合缩唇腹式呼吸可以改善社区COPD稳定期患者肺功能指标和生活质量。Objective To investigate the impact of hand stretch and pursed lip breathing on rehabilitation and quality of life in community chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patients in stable stage.Methods A total of 138 community COPD patients were randomly divided into observation group（76 cases） and control group（62 cases）.The observation group was treated with hand stretch and pursed lip breathing,and the control group was treated with pursed lip breathing.Observation were made on pulmonary function [forced vital capacity（FVC）,forced expiratory volume in 1 second（FEV1）,FEV1 percentage of forced vital capacity（FEV1/FVC）] and quality of life changes in two groups.Results After 8 weeks of exercise,the observation group had higher FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The observation group had daily activity,social activity,depression mental state,anxiety and psychological symptoms score respectively as（1.97±0.59）,（1.67±0.51）,（2.01±0.33） and（2.09±0.41） points,which were all lower than（2.89±0.55）,（3.29±0.45）,（2.87±0.49） and（3.07±0.51） points in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hand stretch and pursed lip breathing can improve pulmonary function indicators and quality of life in community COPD patients in stable stage.
