摘  要:云南某低品位氧化铅锌矿中银具有回收价值,品位为128 g/t,且矿石嵌布粒度细、氧化程度高、泥化严重,选别困难。为代替浸出工艺,进行浮选回收银的试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 85%,捕收剂SHDA用量300 g/t和硫化钠用量1 kg/t、丁基黄药用量500 g/t的条件下,原矿经SHDA浮选—硫化-黄药法浮选—浮选尾矿磁选联合流程处理,可获得银回收率61.06%的综合精矿,并伴随回收了铁、铅、锌,可为选矿工艺流程的确定提供参考。The grade of silver is 128 g/t of a low grade oxidized lead-zinc ore from Yunnan with recovery value,which is charactered by fine disseminated,high degree of oxidation and easily slimezation,it is very difficult for dressing. In order to replace the leaching process,flotation experiment for recovering silver was carried out. The experimental results show that,under the condition of grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm accounts for 85%,300 g/t SHDA as collector,1 kg/t sodium sulfide,500 g/t butyl xanthate,via SHDA flotation and Sulphurization Xanthate method and magnetic separation of flotation tailings,the Comprehensive concentrate with silver recovery of 61. 06% is obtained. At the same time,iron,lead and zinc are recovered,thus can provide reference for the determination of mineral processing flow.
