摘　　要：针对马钢冷轧总厂乳化液废渣外委费用高的问题,为实现其资源化、无害化处理,在分析性质的基础上,提出了与转炉OG泥混合返烧利用、破乳分离、压球返高炉利用、与炉灰混合返烧结4种处置方案,并加以比较。结果表明:乳化液废渣添加到炉灰返回烧结利用方案基本可行,对烧结过程影响较小,能替代部分燃料并回收铁,不需外委处理,预计每年可增加经济效益98万元,经济和环境效益良好。Aiming at the problem of high cost of emulsions residue outsourcing in Masteel cold rolling mill,in order to achieve its resource-based and harmless treatment,four kinds of disposal schemes were proposed and compared on the basis of analytical nature,which mixed with the converter OG mud,separate after demulsificate,pressure ball back to the use of blast furnace and mixed with the ash back sintering. The results showed that emulsion residue added to the ash back to sintering utilization program is basically feasible,and the effect on the sintering process is small,the emulsions residue can replace part of the fuel and recovering iron. It is expected to increase the annual economic benefits of $ 980,000 without outsourcing and both of economic and environmental benefits are good.
