摘　　要：目的探究行POEM治疗的贲门失弛缓症患者的术前、术后护理的方法及效果,以为更好地做好行POEM治疗的贲门失弛缓症患者的护理工作。方法采用回顾性分析法对本院2000年1月至2016年7月收治的70例患者的临床资料进行分析,总结对其采取的术前和术后护理方法,评价患者取得的效果。结果除5例疑有穿孔而延长住院外,其余患者一周左右顺利康复出院。结论通过品管圈的方法,给予贲门失弛缓症患者精心的术前护理和术后护理,确保了手术的高效性,绝大多数患者并无并发症发生,并康复出院,减除了患者的痛苦,为患者家庭减轻了经济负担,有效提高了患者的生活质量,值得应用和推广。Objective To explore the methods and effect of preoperative and postoperative nursing care of patients with esophageal achalasia treated by the POEM, in order to do well in the nursing care of patients with esophageal achalasia treated by the POEM. Methods The clinical data of 70 cases of patients received and treated in our hospital from January 2000 to July 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, and the preoperative and postoperative nursing methods were summarized, the effects of patients were evaluated. Results In addition to 5 cases of suspected perforation and they prolonged hospitalization, the others were successfully discharged from hospital in a week or so. Conclusion By using the method of QCC, esophageal aehalasia patients were given careful preoperative nursing and postoperative nursing, which provides guarantee for efficient operation, most of the patients have no complications and get out of hospital aider recovery, which also ease the pain of patients, reduce the economic burden for the families of patients, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of application and promotion.
