双锁定钢板与双支持钢板手术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较双锁定钢板与双支持钢板内固定治疗闭合性Schatzker Ⅴ,Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折的手术效果。方法回顾分析68例Schatzker Ⅴ,Ⅳ型闭合性胫骨平台骨折,分为两组:采用双锁定钢板内固定手术组32例,采用双支持钢板内固定手术组36例。术后对两组手术的疗效进行评价。结果术后随访,完全负重时间双锁定钢板组明显早于双支持钢板组(P<0.05);结论两种采用双钢板治疗复杂Schatzker Ⅴ,Ⅳ型胫骨平台骨折的方法都具有良好的临床及影像学效果,与双支持钢板相比较,双锁定钢板在完全负重时间、膝关节功能恢复时间上占优,且总体效果具有优势。Objective to compare the double locking plate and double support plate internal fixatinn in the treatment of closed Schatzker V, Ⅳ tibial plateau fracture operation effect. Methods retrospective analysis 68 cases of Schatzker V, Ⅵ closed tibial plateau fractures, divided into two groups： adopt double locking plate internal fixation treatment of 32 cases, adopts double support plate internal fixation treatment of 36 cases. To evaluate the curative effect of two groups of surgery after surgery. Results postoperative follow-up, full weight-bearing time double locking plate group obviously earlier than double support steel group （P〈 0.05 ） ; Conclusion the two treated with double plate complex Schatzker V, IV tibial plateau fracture method has good clinical and radiographic results, comparing with the double support plate, double locking plate in full weight-bearing time, dominant on knee joint function recovery time, and the overall effect.
