摘 要:实验通过采用多倍体的化学诱变剂—秋水仙碱来处理杭白芷的幼苗顶芽,对经诱变的材料进行形态学观察和检测分析,并从诱变多倍体的形态学特征(定性)和细胞内部染色体数量的测定(定量)来判断诱变是否成功。结果表明:杭白芷总的诱变成功率为78.9%左右。以3d处理为好,诱变率为100%。By using colchicine, a polyploid chemical mutagen, to treat the terminal bud of the seedling of Radix angelicae dahuricae, the morphological observation and test analysis were conducted for the induced material in the experiment, and the success of mutagenesis is judged from the morphological characteristics of induced polyploidy (qualitative) and the number of cell chromosome (quantitative). The results showed that the total mutagenesis success rate was about 78.9%, and the mutagenesis rate is 100% if it is induced for three days.
