摘 要:有效地将顾客需求转换为产品工程特性和质量因素是现代企业在设计新产品时的一项重要任务。做为顾客驱动型的方法,质量功能展开(Quality function deployment,QFD)在产品的研发阶段将顾客需求传递给工程特性。工程特性目标值的确定一直是质量功能展开研究的热点问题。考虑到工程特性目标值的确定实质上是一个多目标优化问题,以各个优化目标为博弈方,建立了解决多目标优化问题的Nash议价模型。最后,以汽车设计为例,说明了所建模型的可行性和有效性。It is an important task for modern enterprises to design new product to translate customer requirements (CRs) into engineering characteristics (ECs) effectively. As an effective customer- driven approach, quality function deployment (QFD) can provide a means of translating CRs into ECs for the stage of product development. Determining of the target value of ECs is always the focus problem of QFD. The determination of the target value of ECs is essentially a muhiobjective optimiza- tion problem. The optimization goals are viewed as players to develop Nash negotiation model, which will be invstigated the multiobjective optimization problem. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by a numerical example of a motor car design.
