摘  要:遥感技术及其图像处理集合了空间、电子、光学、计算机、地学等科学的最新成就,是现代高新技术领域的重要组成部分。遥感技术的出现为人类认识国土、开发资源、监测环境、研究灾害以及分析气候变化等提供了新的途径。国家卫星中心和江西省气象科学研究所共同搭建的DVBS极轨气象卫星接收系统和气象卫星数据接收系统省级利用站,已成功建立了包括NOAA、MODIS、风云3号卫星数据接收、预处理、存储、业务应用等系统在内的完整体系,在江西省植被长势监测、鄱阳湖水情监测、大雾监测、台风监测、高温干旱监测、森林火情监测等方面发挥了重要作用,完善了江西省气象科学研究所遥感监测业务和决策服务工作,对增强江西省防灾减灾和应对气候变化的能力做出积极贡献。Remote sensing technology and its image processing combine space, electronics, optics, computers, geosciences and other scientific achievements, which is an important part of modern high- tech fields. The emergence of remote sensing technology provides a new way for humans to under- stand land, develop natural resources, monitor the environment, study disasters and analyze climate change. The National Satellite Center and the Jiangxi Provincial Meteorological Science Research In- stitute set up the DVBS polar orbit meteorological satellite receiving system and meteorological satel- lite data receiving system provincial station together, have successfully established the system, inclu- ding data reception, storage, application of professional work of NOAA, MODIS, Fengyun 3 satellite data and other features, which play an important role in many areas, such as the vegetation monito- ring all the province, water monitoring of Poyang Lake, fog monitoring, typhoon monitoring, high tem- perature and drought monitoring, forest fire monitoring and other aspects. The system has improved the provincial Remote sensing services and decision-making services to enhance the province's disas- ter prevention and mitigation and response to climate change capacity to make a positive contribu- tion.
