超声对多病因慢性心力衰竭的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声对多病因慢性心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法:2011年2月至2016年1月选择慢性心力衰竭患者180例作为研究对象,其中舒张性心力衰竭患者100例(舒张组),收缩性心力衰竭患者80例(收缩组);同时选取同期健康检查的健康人90例为对照组,所有入选者均进行超声诊断分析。结果:舒张组和收缩组患者的室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、左心房内径、左心室内径高于对照组(P<0.05);舒张组、收缩组、对照组的左心室射血分数为(0.63±0.07)、(0.30±0.08)和(0.66±0.09),心脏指数分别为(3.09±1.09)、(2.23±0.46)、(3.33±0.91),收缩组与舒张组和对照组比较左心室射血分数及心脏指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声在慢性心力衰竭中的应用能有效鉴别诊断病因状况,反映心脏形态和功能,有很好的应用价值。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in multi-cause chronic heart failure. Methods： 180 cases of patients with chronic heart failure treated in the hospital from February 2011 to January 2016 were selected as research subjects,among whom there were 100 cases with diastolic heart failure（ diastolic group） and 80 cases with systolic heart failure（ contraction group）. At the same time,90 healthy people under physical examination were selected as control group. Ultrasonography was adopted to all the selected subjects. Results： Interventricular septal thickness,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,left atrial diameter and left ventricular diameter in diastolic group and contraction group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The left ventricular ejection fraction were 0. 63 ± 0. 07,0. 30 ± 0.08 and 0. 66 ± 0. 09 in diastolic group,contraction group and control group respectively and the cardiac indexes were 3. 09 ± 1. 09,2. 23 ± 0.46 and 3. 33 ± 0. 91 respectively. There were significant differences of left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac indexes in contraction group and diastolic group and control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of ultrasonography in chronic heart failure can effectively differentiate the diagnosis of etiology and reflect the shape and function of the heart. It has a good application value.
