摘  要:目的:对注射用重组人白介素联合替考拉宁用于治疗肺癌伴肺部感染患者的疗效进行观察,并分析其安全性。方法:选取自2012年1月至2016年12月收治的160例肺癌伴肺部发生感染患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组患者给予止痛、营养支持、抗肿瘤及抗感染等常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上,加用注射用重组人白介素-2联合替考拉宁,观察两组患者治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组患者血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平低于对照组(t=11.895,P<0.05),疾病控制情况优于对照组(t=6.897,P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白介素联合替考拉宁对肺癌伴肺部感染患者进行治疗,能够有效缓解患者症状,且两者联用不良反应较少,可在临床推广应用。Objective: To observe and analyze the efficacy of recombinant human interleukin combined with teicoplanin on pulmonary malignancy with infection. Methods: A total of 160 patients with pulmonary malignancy with infection hospitalized from January 2012 to December 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,80 patients in each group. The control group was treated with the traditional method such as pain relief,nutritional support,anti-tumor and anti-infection while the observation group was treated with recombinant human interleukin-2 combined with teicoplanin in addition to the conventional method,with their clinical efficacy and safety observed. Results: The level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( t = 16. 753,P〈0. 05); the disease control in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group( χ2= 7. 175,P〈0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group( χ2= 7. 175,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Recombinant human interleukin combined with teicoplanin can effectively alleviate the symptoms of pulmonary malignancy with infection and has less adverse reaction,worthy of further promotion.
