集中式静脉药物配置中心配药环境下输液配置质量研究

摘　　要：目的:研究集中式静脉药物配置中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture services,PIVAS)配药环境下输液配置质量。方法:对我院6种常用药物分散式静脉药物配置中心配药环境下单用或混合配置后细菌内毒素、可见异物、不容性微粒数量等,与普通治疗间配置药物检测结果进行比较和分析。结果:在PIVAS环境下配置的药液放置4 h细菌内毒素检查为阴性,在普通治疗间配置的药液放置1 h毒素检查为阳性;PIVAS配药环境药液可见异物检查结果为阴性,普通治疗间环境下可见异物出现小白点、白块、纤维、点状物;PIVAS环境下配置的药液不溶性颗粒数量低于普通治疗间(P<0.05)。结论:集中式PIVAS,有利于提高药液配置质量,保障输液的安全性和有效性。Objective： To analyze the infusion quality of prescription preparation in the environment of concentrated pharmacy intravenous admixture services（ PIVAS）. Methods： The bacterialendotoxin,visible foreign body and insoluble particles of single and mixed arrangement in 6 frequently-used drugs prepared in concentrated PIVAS environment were examined and compared with infusions prepared in common treatment environment.Results： In the test of bacterial endotoxin,infusions prepared in PIVAS environment were tested negative after 4 hours,while infusions prepared in common treatment environment were tested positive after only 1 hour; In the test of visible foreign body,infusions prepared in PIVAS were tested negative,while white chunks,fibers and dot-like items were seen in infusions prepared in common treatment environment; There were less insoluble particles in infusions prepared in PIVAS than infusions prepared in common treatment environment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Concentrated PIVAS is beneficial to improve the quality of liquid medicine and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the infusion.
