摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征多起病于青春期,以持续无排卵、卵巢多囊改变为特征,作为一种最常见的妇科内分泌病之一,与生育期妇女频发生不孕症等疾病密切相关。多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症(PCOS-HA)以多毛、月经紊乱、肥胖、痤疮、皮肤粗糙等为临床表现,临床上泛指血液中雄激素含量增高、生成和活力增强状态。应用中医中药、针灸、穴位埋线、穴位注射及中西医联合疗法治疗PCOS-HA疗效显著,且不同疗法各有所长,联合治疗优势互补。Polycystic ovary syndrome （ PCOS ）is one of the most common gynecological endocrine diseases, characterized with continuous anovulation and polycystic ovarian changes, which is closely related to the occurrence of infertility and other diseases. Polyeystic ovary syndrome aeompanied hyperandrogenism （ PCOS-HA ）refers to androgen-increasing, the enhancing state of generation and vitality clinically, which clinical manifestations are hirsutism, menstrual disorders, ache, rough skin, etc. The application of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupoint catgut embedding, acupoint injection and combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine had been proved to have significant curative effect on the treatment of PCOS-HA, besides, different therapy have his own good effects, combined treatment is a good way to have complementary advantages for each one.
