摘　　要：目的:研究陈民藩名老中医挂线手术疗法,推广临证经验并指导中医治疗高位复杂性肛瘘方向。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年9月就诊于福建中医药大学附属人民医院肛肠科符合纳入标准的高位复杂性肛瘘住院患者60例,将其依据随机方式划分为对照组和治疗组,各组为30例,对照组采用虚挂疗法,治疗组则采用陈民藩名老中医方法实施治疗,就两组治愈率,创面愈合率,创面愈合时间,术后2、4、6、14、21 d疗效评分及肛门功能予以观察比较。结果:两组患者术后,治疗组的愈合时间,术后21 d的创面愈合率,术后14、21 d的疗效评分均优于对照组,且差异明显(P<0.05),治疗组静息压与收缩压低于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对高位复杂性肛瘘患者,依据患者病情选用陈民藩名老中医挂线手术疗法给予治疗,相比于采用虚挂疗法,效果更为确切,缩短治疗时间,更好的保护肛门功能,在临床中具有推广价值。Objective ： Study on the operation of seton from famous veteran teran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine CHEN Minfan, and to promote clinical experience and guide of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high complex anal fistula. Methods ： From March 2014 to September 2015 in anorectal affiliated people＇s hospital of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine, according with the standard of high complex anal fistula in 60 cases, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group of 30 cases, the control group using virtual therapy, the treatment group was treated by CHEN Minfan old Chinese medicine treatment method. The cure rate, wound healing rate, wound healing time, postoperative 2,4,6, 14,21 days curative effect score and anal function were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： After treatment, the healing time of the treatment group, 21 days after the wound healing rate, postoperative day 14 and 21, compared with the control group, the effect was better than the latter and the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ）, compared with the control group, anal sphincter resting pressure and anal systolic pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： For patients with high complex anal fistula, according to the CHEN Minfan old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for treatment of seton surgery, compared to the virtual therapy effect is more precise, shorten treatment time, protect the anal function better, has the value of popularization in clinical practice.
