摘  要:目的:研究赤芍不同提取物的抗病毒活性。方法:采用细胞体外抗病毒实验法,结合CPE法及CCK-8试剂盒,以TI值(治疗指数)为研究指标,以利巴韦林为阳性对照药,研究赤芍不同提取物对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、柯萨奇病毒(COX-B5)、手足口病毒(EV71)的抑制作用。结果:甲醇超声提取物具有抗RSV、COX-B5的效果,且抗COX-B5效果较好,对COX-B5的TI值为12.042。结论:赤芍不同提取物具有体外抗RSV、COX-B5的活性。Objective : To investigate the antiviral activity of different extraction of Paconiae Rubra Radix. Methods:Two different strains of viruses, including RSV, HSV-1, COX-BS, EVT1 were used for in-vitro antivirus experiment, and the antiviral activity of Paeoniae Rubra Radix were evaluated by the cytopathie effect ( CPE )method and CCK-8. Thepapeutic indexes were calculated by the Reed-Muench method. Antivirus stability experiments ofPaeoniae Rubra Radix were carried out at the same time. Results: The TI of methanol ultrasound extraction was 12.042, it showed methanol ultrasound extraction was effective. Conclution: It indicated that different extraction of Paeoniae Rubra Radix have antiviral ac, tivity against RSV and COX-BS.
