摘　　要：老年性痴呆作为老年期的一种疾病,目前没有特效疗法能够治愈。其病位在脑,病机为本虚标实,本虚在于脾肾两虚,且围绕脾、肾二脏的证型较为常见,如髓海不足证、心脾两虚证、脾肾两虚证等;标实为痰瘀毒邪损及脑窍。该文就老年性痴呆的病因病机、辨证分型及近年来现代复方的研究上做一综述。Senile dementia as a diease in the elderly, there was no specific therapy can cure. The location of dementia was in the brain, and the basic parhogensis of which is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Deficiency in origin was asthenia of both the spleen and the kidney, and the type around that was relatively common, such as the deficiency of marrow sea, the asthenia of both the heart and the spleen, and the asthenia of both the spleen and the kidney etc. Excess in superficiality was phlegm, blood stasis and toxin evil hurt the brain. This paper according the study on dementia in recent years for an overview, which contain etiology pathogenesis, dialectical classification, and compound prescription.
