摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是一种最普遍的慢性肝脏疾病。现代医学对于本病尚无特异有效的治疗方法,中医药作为我国治疗疾病的常用手段,在治疗NAFLD方面运用的比较广泛。中医药凭借其独特的理论体系及临床疗效优势,势必在NAFLD这一复杂性代谢性疾病中发挥重要的作用。该文综述了NAFLD的发病机制及中药复方、中成药、单味中药和中药单体对NAFLD的治疗,为临床治疗NAFLD提供广阔的前景。Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （ NAFLD ） is a major cause of chronic liver disease. Modem medicine is the absence of specific effective treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） as a means of commonly used for the treatment of diseases in our country, more widely used in the treatment of NAFLD. With its unique theoretical system and satisfactory clinical effect, TCM plays an important role in the treatment of NAFLD, the complexity of metabolic diseases. The paper reviews the pathogenesis of NAFLD, the traditional Chinese herbal formula, Chinese patent medicine, single Chinese herb and monome of Chinese herb, which provided broad prospects for treatment of NAFLD.
