壮骨片配合肌力训练治疗骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评估壮骨片配合肌力训练治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:2014年1月—2015年1月,306例骨性关节炎患者随机分成3组,分别为壮骨片配合肌力训练组,醋氯芬酸肠溶胶囊合肌力训练组,以及单纯肌力训练组,分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月以及3个月,记录3组患者的大腿周径以及Lysholm评分。进行膝关节主、客观功能评估。结果:所有患者随访3~6个月。壮骨片+肌力训练组治疗后1个月以及3个月时,术后患者大腿周径、Lysholm评分的情况与就诊时健侧比较,差异均有统计学意义。壮骨片+肌力训练组治疗后3个月随访时,患者Lysholm评分标准进行膝关节主观功能评分与治疗前患侧比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:采用壮骨片配合肌力训练治疗骨性关节炎可以获得满意的临床疗效,改善关节功能,是临床上值得推广的方法。Objective： To observe the effect of Zhuanggu Pill combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 306 patients with KOA were randomly diceided into 3 groups, 102 cases in each group. The patients were treated with Zhuanggu Pill combined with exercise therapy group, Aceclofenac combined with exercise therapy group, the exercise monotherapy group. The thigh circumference and the Lysholm score of the 3 groups were recorded and compared with each other before the treatment, at 1 and 3 months after the treatment respectively. Results ： All patients were followed-up. There was statistical differences in the thigh circumference, one-leg-jump and the Lysholm score at the follow-up. Conclusion ： Zhuanggu Pill combined with exercise therapy can improve the knee function. It can consequently achieve satisfactory clinical outcomes. It is deserved by the popularized method clinically.
