秦国的亭部吏和亭的军事职能

摘　　要：秦国的亭是最主要的军事职能之一,亭部吏是落实亭军事职能的具体吏员。亭的负责人称亭长(校长),亦称亭啬夫。亭长的属吏主要有求盗、亭父、别盗、害盗、亭丞、亭候、亭掾等。战国后期亭在基层农村、城市、战略要地已普遍设置。亭的军事职能表现为国家行为,亭的辖区发生大的军事行动,亭长和守丞、县尉、乡主等主要负责人全体参与,共同处理。亭严格盘查过往行人,及时报告敌情;军事操练是亭部吏的日常工作。亭的军事职能是在秦统一六国中不断发展完善的,至晋代,秦国亭的军事职能消失。The military function of Ting in Qin State is one of the main functions of Ting, and the officials of Ting are the clerks who implement military functions of Ting. The leader of Ting is called Tingzhang （principal） , also known as Tingsefu. The subordinate officials of Tingzhang are Qiudao, Tingfu, Biedao, Haidao, Tingcheng, Tinghou, Ting- yuan, etc. Ting in the Warring States period is widely set in the rural areas, cities and strategic areas. The military function of Ting is the behavior of the state. If the area of Ting has great military action, Tingzhang, Shoucheng, Xianwei and Xiangzhu etc. are all involved. Ting strictly examines passers-by and timely reports the enemy＇ s situa- tion ; Military training is the daily work of the officials of Ting. The military function of Ting is constantly improved in the period of Qin＇ s uniting of six countries, and it disappears in Jin Dynasty.
