摘  要:为贵州植烟区开展蚜茧蜂生物防控烟蚜及蚜传病毒病防治提供参考,在贵州省镇远县采用单因素随机区组试验研究人工释放烟蚜茧蜂和喷施农药2种处理及不采取任何防治措施(对照)对烟蚜和蚜传病毒病的防控效果。结果表明:人工释放烟蚜茧蜂较对照能有效地防治烟蚜发生,烟蚜虫口减退率达79%,防效达88.1%,对蚜传病毒病的防效为40.81%;减少农药使用次数1.67次/667m^2,节约防治成本20.88元/667m^2。生物防治区与化学防治区烟叶的产量、均价、产值及桔黄色烟比例无显著差异。To provide references for biological prevention and control of M.persicae and aphid-transmitted virus in Guizhou tobacco-growing area, a single factor randomized block experiment was conducted to explore the prevention and control effects on M.persicae and aphid-transmitted virus of different measures, including A.gifuensis control, pesticide control and blank control.Results: Compared with the blank control artificial releasing of A.gifuensis could effectively prevent and control M.persicae, population decline rate in the A.gifuensis control area was 79%, control efficiency of M.persicae was 88.1%, and control efficiency of aphid-transmitted virus was 40.81%.Using A.gifuensis to prevent and control M.persicae could reduce pesticide use 1.67 times/667m2, and could save the cost of prevention and control of M.persicae 20.88 Yuan/667m2.The yield, average price, output and orange leaf proportion of tobacco leaves in the biological control area and pesticide control area had no significant difference.
