新型城镇化背景下民乐县农村土地流转的现状及存在问题与发展对策

摘　　要：2015年末,我国人口城镇化率达56.10%,目前正处于高速城镇化的发展阶段。为满足城镇化建设的用地需求,促进城乡一体化发展,以甘肃省民乐县为例,分析其农村土地流转的特征及存在的问题,并从主体、宣传、期限、行为等方面提出发展对策。The population urbanization rate was 56.10% in China in the end of 2015 and the population urbanization is in the development phase of super-speed urbanization at present.The development countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of main body,propagation,deadline and behavior by analyzing the rural land transfer characteristics and existing problems in Minle County,Gansu Province to meet the land demand of urbanization construction and promote development of urban and rural integration.
