摘　　要：观音洞铅锌锑矿地处湖南安化境内,赋矿围岩主要为灰绿色条带状板岩、粉砂质板岩、泥质灰岩和砂岩;矿体呈脉状、透镜状、细脉浸染状,分带不明显。在野外详细的勘查基础上,通过对区域成矿地质背景、矿区地质特征及矿床地球化学特征等方面分析,总结了该矿床找矿标志:北东向断裂、硅化脉破碎带,节理裂隙、铅锌锑地球化学异常带、地表出露金属氧化物(如锑华)及其硫化物、细脉状硅化、退色化、黄铁矿化以及碳酸盐化,并认为矿床是受地层、岩性、断裂构造等多因素的控制,且受断裂控制明显,成矿作用方式以矿体(脉)沿断裂破碎带和裂隙充填为主,对下一步工作和今后在寻找类似矿床具有重要借鉴意义。Guanyindong Pb-Zn-Sb deposit is located in Anhua county of Hunan Province. Ore-hosting rock is mainly composed of gray-green strip slate,silty slate,argillaceous limestone and sandstone. The shapes of ore body mostly present as veined,lenticular and veinlet-disseminated. The zoning is not obvious. Based on the detailed field work of deposit,we made an analysis of region metallogenic geological background,including mining area geological feature, ore deposit geochemical characteristic and other aspects. We have summarized the prospecting indicators of ore deposit： NE fracture,including silicified fracture zone of arteries,veins,joint fissures,Pb-Zn-Sb geochemical anomaly zone,surface-exposed metal oxide（ antimony degrees） and sulfide,fine vein silicide,fading,pyritization and carbonatization. It is concluded that the deposit is affected by many factors such as strata,lithology,fracture structure,which is controlled obviously by the fracture,mineralization mode to the orebody（ vein） along the fault fracture zone and fissure filling. It is of great reference significance for the next work to look for similar deposits in the future.
