摘  要:应用发射光谱法测定地球化学样品中微量银的方法,由于基体差异,存在大量样品与合成硅酸盐光谱分析标准物质之间一致性较差,低含量段准确度和精密度均不理想的问题。通过减少取样量,增加试样与缓冲剂混合比例,改进电极形状的措施,可实现国家一级标准物质测定值与合成硅酸盐光谱分析标准物质工作曲线吻合较好。银检出限:0.010μg/g,精密度:3.9%~9.1%。By using emission spectrometry to determine the micro-silver in geochemical samples,because of the fundamental difference,we have found there is a large amount of sample and synthetic silicate spectrometry which is very poor in low accuracy. Their precision is not ideal. In this article,by reducing the sample size,we are ready to increase the mix of sample and buffer to improve the shape of the electrodes. It is possible to meet the national level of standard material and the synthesis of the standard material. Silver detection limit is 0. 010 μg/g with precision between 3. 9% ~ 9. 1%.
