摘  要:结合中国邮政储蓄银行金融后台服务中心(一期)深基坑工程实例,介绍砂卵石富水复杂条件下深基坑降水方案。基于工程地质和水文地质条件,依据规范对该深基坑的降水系统进行设计,确定"以管井降水为主、辅以明排"的排水方式。共布设29口降水井,平均间距约为18m,井深25.0m;降水井成孔直径600mm,井管内壁直径为300mm,外径为360mm。在施工中,对基坑及周围建筑进行监测发现:基坑平面及垂直位移、地面沉降及桩的水平位移监测结果均满足规范要求,表明采用该降水方案可行。With the Chinese postal savings bank financial background service center engineering of deep foundation pit engineering examples, a deep foundation pit dewatering scheme of water rich sand and gravel under complex conditions is proposed. Based on the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions, the criterion for the design of deep foundation pit dewatering system is made to determine the "dewatering and drainage combined with the next row", by laying a total of 29 export drop wells average distance of about 18 m depth 25.0 m with precipitation well hole diameter 600 mm. The internal wall of the well pipe and diameter is 300 mm, external diameter 360 mm. During the construction, the monitoring results of the foundation pit and surrounding buildings show that the monitoring result of the horizontal and vertical displacement of the foundation pit, the settlement of the ground and the horizontal displacement of the pile can meet the requirements of the code, which indicates that the precipitation scheme is feasible.
