摘  要:为进一步提高连续管作业机滚筒的性能,使滚筒能更好地与注入头进行协同工作,满足各种作业工况要求(尤其对于橇装设备及超深井复杂作业),对滚筒液压传动系统方案进行研究。通过分析滚筒工况,对3种滚筒液压传动系统方案进行对比分析,得出最优方案并进行试验验证。现场应用情况表明,所采用的方案能满足作业时的多种控制要求及各种作业工况,操作简单、安全可靠,进一步提升连续管作业机性能。In order to further improve the performance of coiled tubing unit and make the reel work better together with injector to satisfy all kinds of operating conditions,especially for skid-mounted equipment and complex operation in ultra deep wells,the hydraulic transmission system of the reel was studied in this paper.On the basic of analysis of three reel's hydraulic transmission systems,the optimal solution was obtained,which is verified by test.Eventually,the field application shows that the adopted solution can satisfy variety of working conditions.It is safe,reliable and simple to operate,thus the performance of the coiled tubing unit get further improved.
