摘 要:为了提高水平井打捞作业管柱轴向力传递的计算准确度,准确控制鱼顶解卡力,对管柱受力计算的软管模型进行了修正。采用集中力和均布力简支梁模型,计算出管柱通过弯曲段的支反力,进而计算出管柱刚性造成的附加摩擦力。修正模型考虑了弯曲段管柱的刚性对管柱受力的影响,更加符合管柱的特性和实际受力情况。采用软管模型和修正模型对实例井管柱受力进行了计算分析。In order to improve the calculation accuracy of the axial force transmission along string and control the fishing force precisely,the flexible string model for string force calculation was modified in this paper.By using simply supported beam model under concentrated force and uniform force,this paper deducts the rigid normal force formula and then calculates the additional friction force caused by string stiffness.The modified model considers the effect of string stiffness on string force condition in the bending section,which is more close to the characteristics and real force condition of string.In this paper the calculation of real well and string by adopting both flexible model and modified model were conducted.
