摘　　要：在对海上油田某大斜度井进行压裂充填完井作业时,整套多层充填服务工具卡钻、落井。针对落鱼的高硬度特性,特制了高强度打捞公锥。现场对公锥、可退式卡瓦打捞筒等工具进行特殊改造,以匹配打捞要求。针对内外层相互卡钻限位的特性,将处理对象由高硬复杂的服务工具变更为结构相对简单的外层防砂管柱,通过打捞外层管柱而带出最为复杂的内层工具,优化了打捞工艺,节约打捞工期8%。实践证明,该方法有效解决了大斜度井内非常规、高硬度、多层同心管柱并存的服务工具卡钻问题,避免了卡钻事故复杂化,为今后解决类似工具卡钻落井问题提供处理思路。A set of single trip multi zone gravel pack service tools encounter sticking and lost in the hole when performing fracture gravel pack completion on the offshore oilfield.High strength taper tap was designed and manufactured aiming at high hardness of fish,transformed taper tap and overshot based on fishing requirement.To grasp the characteristics of internal and external mutu al sticking and mutual restraint,the focus was transferred by fishing the complicated gravel pack sand control service tool to fishing the relatively simple structure of the outer sand control string.A hole was fished out with complex inner string via fished out outer sand control screen to optimize fishing process,fishing construction period was saved by 8%.It proved that the method of fishing can solve the problem of non-conventional,high hardness,muhilayer concentric tube column coexist service tool sticking in high inclination well and effectively avoid the sticking problem developing to complexity,provided fishing thinking for sticking of tools like this in future.
