摘 要:采用不同工艺方法改善球墨铸铁厚大部位的球化率,检测了不同工艺下厚大铸件心部的石墨形态、球化率、力学性能。分析了不同工艺方法对厚大铸件心部球化率的影响。结果表明:采用轻重稀土混合使用及高效、长效孕育等工艺方法可将厚大铸件心部球化率提高至≥85%,且开花状石墨减少,力学性能明显提高。Different techniques were used to improve the nodularity of heavy section in ductile iron. The graphite form,spheroidization rate and mechanical properties of the core of large size castings under different process were tested. The effects of different process methods on the nodularity of the core of large size castings were analyzed. The results show that the nodularity in the core of larye size castings with the mixed use of light and heavy rare earth or high efficient and long-term breeding methods improves to higher than 85%, while the exploded graphite decreases obviously and the mechanical properties increase obviously.
